What is PSYCH-K?

PSYCH-K is:

  • a simple, a non-invasive, interactive process of change with a proven record of success for over 20 years!

PSYCH-K is founded on the idea that we react to our environment based upon past programming, much of which happens when we are very young. Conclusions drawn from our experiences are stored in the subconscious mind as beliefs, attitudes, and values, which then determine how we respond or behave in future life situations.

PSYCH-K is a unique and direct way to identify and change subconscious beliefs that perpetuate old habits of thinking and behaving that you would like to change. It is a simple process that helps you communicate with your subconscious mind so you can change beliefs that limit your self-esteem, relationships, job performance, and even your physical health!

How Does PSYCH-K Help You?

Your subconscious beliefs establish the limits of what you can achieve. If your life feels like a car being driven with one foot on the accelerator and one foot on the brake, chances are you have a conflict between your conscious goals and your subconscious beliefs. This kind of conflict can show up in your relationships, job performance, self-esteem, athletics, weight loss, prosperity, even your physical health. How does PSYCH-K work?

Psych-K

PSYCH-K techniques allow communication directly with the subconscious to test for limiting beliefs and then produce a state of mind that is receptive to change. Within minutes, limiting beliefs are replaced with empowering beliefs. This process is called a balance.

 

 

How does PSYCH-K communicate with the subconscious?

PSYCH-K uses a specific type of muscle testing to check the subconscious for limiting beliefs or perceptions. Muscle testing is an extremely effective way to communicate with the subconscious, because this part of the mind also controls motor functions such as movement. When the subconscious is presented with a statement it believes to be false, it sends a delayed or disrupted neurological signal to the muscle being tested. The false statement produces a weak muscle test, whereas a statement that is consistent with the subconscious belief system allows the muscle to remain strong. Depending upon the muscle response, we can determine whether the subconscious is holding a particular belief.

How are beliefs changed in the subconscious?

PSYCH-K techniques create a state of mind that is receptive to change at the subconscious level. We refer to this state as whole-brain, because the left and right hemispheres of the brain are in balanced, simultaneous communication with each other. Using the power of the whole-brain state, we can replace old negative tapes and programs with positive beliefs and perceptions.

How long does it take to change a belief?

The processing power of the subconscious mind is enormous; it can handle thousands of tasks simultaneously. Because balances utilize the whole brain, an old belief can be changed within minutes to a new life-enhancing one. The process is simple, direct, and verifiable through muscle testing.

How will PSYCH-K affect my life?

Your beliefs establish the limits of what you can achieve. When you hold positive beliefs, you can create far more success in relationships, job performance, self-esteem, athletics, weight loss, prosperity, and even your physical health than if you hold sabotaging beliefs. PSYCH-K can also help with spiritual growth or with recovering from grief, loss, and depression. These techniques have also helped people conquer phobias, such as fear of flying or speaking in front of groups.

How quickly will I notice a change from a PSYCH-K balance?

The results of a balance (i.e., a PSYCH-K change technique) may be felt instantaneously or may evolve over time (hours, days, weeks or longer). The final step in the PSYCH-K process is to discuss steps and goals that will help support the balance by taking aligned action. We end with choosing behaviors and actions that will result in tangible outcomes in your life and how you will recognizing the results that you will experience.

Balances last until they are no longer useful to the subconscious mind or until you decide to balance for a new goal. Life is an evolutionary process, so what you balance for at one time in your life may not be appropriate at another time.

What do I need to know for a PSYCH-K session?

All you need to know is what's bothering you about yourself or what's not working in your life! We will then work together to root out the limited beliefs that are most wanting to be balanced at this time and then will work together through a clear and simple method using PSYCH-K balancing processes. We will end with ways to support the changes and balances through steps and tangible actions that are of your choosing.

A session averages 75 minutes. The first session may be up to two hours due to getting to know each other and gathering information. I also offer group packages as Women's POWER HOUR get togethers and fees depend on group size. I often run bundled seasonal and situational specials.
